On the LP side, one recent (yet still tiny) trend has been "interval funds", which allow non-accredited investors to be LPs in a venture fund. The pioneer is probably https://www.sweaterventures.com/ and, more recently, https://ark-ventures.com/.

On the founders' side, I am very biased, but clearly https://fairmint.com. We empower founders to passively receive investments from their biggest supporters while granting equity to the community members who add value. Like Shopify but for Equity.
