If you want real customers and you would use your product, then just be yourself on the call. If you swear, swear, if you’re polite, be polite, if you wear suits, wear a suit, just be you. If you’re not you, and you get the sale, the customer sucks, you bought them, or the product sells itself in which case, good job. The other two are going to zero

In some situations authenticity’s just never gonna get you the customer so people exaggerate the quality of their products. And I thought it was considered rude to swear, I mean it’s a sign of being true to yourself but isn’t it still rude?

It mostly depends on how you say the fucking thing, ya know? It fucking depends on how you say it It depends on how the fuck you say it Decorum is legit, but know why you’re doing it, not just because you think it’s the right formula

🤣🤣 I love how you gave three different contexts. I believe the tone matters a lot too So you’re saying there’s no point being way too nice and professional it that’s your “selling point”

Yeah, just be you. If you’re a little rough, be a little rough. You’ll lose the people who don’t like that, but you probably don’t want them anyway. If you’re a gentle soul, be that and ignore the person who doesn’t vibe with that, you don’t want them anyway. You have a brand, be that brand
