Am I the only one ABSOLUTELY BESIDE MYSELF that the US Government is now taking money away from FTX that could otherwise be used to make its former customers whole!? This is insane! The government is supposed to be helping investors, not watching them get fucked and then fucking them more!

No way! Restructure a DAO is like restructure any organization. It has a structure. And sometimes it needs a new one, to better achieve its goals, whatever those goals are and whatever is better about the new structure.
