Humble brag: even in the midst of one of the most hectic weeks of my life - hosting family members visiting from abroad, organising my wedding, getting married!, and interviewing for a potential new job - I still managed to move at my own (slow) pace and keep my streak here. That goes to show how cozy and nurturing this channel has become. Thank you, thank you! 🐌

Streaks are actually one of my favorite slow-growth methods! Because they're such tiny actions that it takes awhile to see where they lead, but once you realize how they add up, it's breathtaking the changes one can make!

You put into words the power of streaks beautifully. It reminds me of the “be 1% better every day” commitment- minuscule, incremental actions really do make a big difference in the long run! The streak visual cue here on FC really does wonders for my brain too. It keeps me motivated and the nudge is enough to get me posting without feeling pressured or overwhelmed. 👏 👏
