I got hit by a truck while riding my bike in May, shattered my tibial plateau, two surgeries to fix it, 10 weeks non-weight bearing.

I am so ready to really get going again, but I've also been so, so grateful for the progress, and for the doc even being able to save my leg at all!  It was close!

I've been watching your workouts and modding them for my current limitations, but can't wait till I can do the full exercises!

i love this! husband and i both got injured in jan and couldnt walk for a few weeks,
