Identity was my word this year.  And, well, we've seen how that's gone lmfao 

A word always implies its shadow, it's "negative" aspects.  When you choose to focus on a word, you'll be confronted by all of its aspects.

I've been using a Word, and a Shadow Word, separately. I can see now that the shadow of Pleasure has been *very* apparent looking back on it. Devotion was my shadow word, and I can see the light of it as well. this is such a potently powerful system of engagement of Self. thank you for teaching it to me, and allowing it to become my own. ❤️‍🔥
