2️⃣ Frame builders = cranked talent: Frames showcase developers who combine technical skills with product thinking. I test new Frames to find engineers who aren't just talking about web3—they're building it.

3️⃣ Protocol ecosystem tools: Platforms like @icebreaker and @interestedfyi connect crypto-native job seekers with hiring teams. It's onchain credibility meets traditional recruiting, perfect for finding talent that's all-in on crypto.

4️⃣ Strategic job posting: I drop targeted opportunities in specialized channels like /Rust or /DeFi where developers with precise skills actually hang out. My Frame-based job posts at Foundation popped off!

5️⃣ Authentic engagement: Being active across multiple channels gets me 3× faster responses than on LinkedIn. I test Frames, join discussions, and connect based on genuine shared interests before discussing opportunities.

1️⃣ Channel-based targeting: I scout geo-specific channels like /Toronto to find local talent. Recently connected with an ETHToronto winner through their channel - way more natural than cold LinkedIn outreach.
