I was so surprised by that book @keccers.eth! Thought it was awesome, but I also found that it drags on a bit in a few parts. Almost like a wee bit more editing was needed.

Completely agree! You know what stood out to me? The internet being described as “the din”, and the imaginative way his consciousness comes online and starts building.

An odd and delightful book.

More editing is the perfect way to say. It’s given me some great fresh takes on all the technologies, has been worth the drag, but I can see how that would discourage less patient or time crunched ppl lol. It touches on so much we talk about all the time as tech ppl
