agreed 100% -- structure defines behavior -- if a structure discourages a flourishing culture of design, it becomes hard to retroactively bring it into being.

it's doable, sure, but humans are stubborn, and change is scary.

however, to me, being design-led is a huge untapped opportunity in the space rn.
