As someone who has lived in Albania, Oxford, Boston, Miami, and now Tokyo, I have some thoughts to share. The decision about where to live can either make or break your life. If you're an ambitious person, you should choose cities that are equally ambitious. These days, people often move for tax reasons, but when you're young, taxes are the last thing on your mind.
