hi friends! did you know that you’re supposed to get your moles screened YEARLY after the age of 35? I did not, but I do now! (doctor said this one was probably fine, but she didn’t like the look of it so out he goes.)

I had 3 biopsied last week. I've had many taken over the years. Cancer once. Be diligent and wear sunscreen! Good job on getting that mole checked out! Schedule appointments every 6 months and take pictures of as many moles as you can so you can notice changes.
