Inclusion Lists (IL) TLDR A way to better enforce censorship resistance. In the current design (EIP7547) the proposer specifies a list of txs (IL) that must be included in the next block. Validators see & attest to IL for the block to be valid. The next block builder must include these txs for their block to be valid

Hmm I'm not sure, I don't understand how there could be more than one IL Maybe @mikeneuder.eth @terencechain could clarify?

That's the property of this inclusion list mechanism (forward-based): for a block to be accepted, it must also include one inclusion list to be enforced for the next slot proposer.
