Why does Cardano have more self-hosted stakers than other networks?

Because you dont need $60k usd to get started. But you do need to be good at marketing to find delegation, otherwise you dont mint any blocks. You can pledge 1M Ada and start minting blocks which is same entry cost as other chains but its not required.
