As far as I can tell it's designed for Aleo, but MSM and FFT acceleration are pretty generic building blocks.

I think all the first gen asics are designed for Aleo, but if Accseal’s design is still the same as ~1yr ago, there is some programmability in it. At least when I spoke to them they had an embedded cpu for some flexibility.
