i've thought a lot about this and retaining, not onboarding, is the issue. 

farcaster doesn't provide a compelling enough chick experience for most boys club members to choose to spend time here over twitter. the same reason why no one stays at a club if it isn't playing bangers or if the vibes aren't high.

My wife works in crypto, is a Boys Club member and is also on FC (hi @desi), but she doesn't pay any attention here because it doesn't "click" for her for some reason. Not sure how to address retention, but that does seem like the thing to focus on first.
