i've thought a lot about this and retaining, not onboarding, is the issue. 

farcaster doesn't provide a compelling enough chick experience for most boys club members to choose to spend time here over twitter. the same reason why no one stays at a club if it isn't playing bangers or if the vibes aren't high.

boys club last podcast episode literally talks about (the hate for) partnerships without any actual ideas

like how does 10 (random figure) more women joining farcaster helps? i'd even argue organic growth for women casters > than just asking them to signup

i don't have the answers either
