one of the strongest indicators that landlords have more power than tenants? there are so many apartment hunting / ratings / review platforms, yet no "yelp for landlords" that allow you to review your landlord experience to share with future tenants.

Just moved out of a rental in the UK — for the past few years we've had the tenancydepositscheme.com that improved things somewhat But here's the thing: if the landlord wants to claim part of the deposit and you want to dispute it, guess who's waiting longer to get their deposit back? Hint: not the landlord
