I have been reading this convo around - I still don’t see how people don’t understand this app is still far from able to retain users. Experiments that should/could have boosted retention I think are still up in the air: - Streaks (not great) - Rewards (good, not great yet) - Feed enhancements (good, not enough content) - Frames v2 (great, going to be awesome)

I totally understand this line of thinking and think there's good data on it. I wouldn't be spending money trying to bring in regular consumers when there's a leaky bucket But there are many different types of growth/marketing, which I think the retention lens ignores For example investing in a developer ecosystem (hackathons? accelerator cohorts?)
