🔲 Surprising Thing #3: Balaji’s Exit Poll survey was so f*ing smart! He’s explicitly searching to create a Values Graph within the movement. It was also genius, imo, to pick particularly polarizing people/topics, since it’s useful to know what can bind us together, and what tear us apart. fi/n

brilliant. i'm making assumptions here, but imo attendees: a) are more likely to be true to themselves (principles > tribe), and b) likely trust Balaji with their answers as a result balaji may get the most accurate pulse on community sentiment, solving the noise-to-signal problem much like deliberative democracy.
