Well, it is 5 dol. Wich in reais is something like 25-30. 
We pay this on a lunch (cheap). 
For people on the crypto market and so on is affordable for sure. But mainstream? Not so much.

The signup is kinda discouraging, it's not easy to onboard people, when they don't even know the value they are getting yet

If he could set up a means to put together registration fees for those who would need help with it
