Why couldn’t warpcast do a campaign to onboard users in Brazil for free as a promotion?

think it’d be a great worthwhile experiment although they may “churn” if X gets unbanned

Why wouldn’t they be valuable? 

Many may be looking for new social networks now that they don’t have Twitter access

Why would would Brazilian users be valuable to the network vs. other users?

how do you determine who’s actually from brazil then?
