yeah, truth is always constitutionally protected 

even if false, there are very powerful legal protections for statements that are not likely to be interpreted as fact (i.e. rhetoric, opinions)

*but* if the std statement is false then that's defamation per se in most states, i.e. damages are assumed

I don’t think that there’s a jurisdiction where you can freely publicize information about someone’s medical conditions, even or especially if it’s true. If you’re a private citizen that is. This is violating more than reputation
