someone on x: [somewhat incoherent negative statement about jews]
elon: exactly fucking right

agree, Farcaster is special. also agree that elon shouldn’t have said anything because it makes it so messy.

i guess, through the conversations here, my question is when does a statement go from being negative to being antisemitic? what’s the line? we shouldn’t be banned from expressing negative opinions.

I think in general it's better to criticise ideas instead of people groups, behavior instead of people.

A person can choose to stop doing something, or believing something, but can't choose to stop being who they are.
