Average crypto UX so bad that the bar is lower than a limbo championship. I personally find it to be good not great.

Dune's UX is okay ig. I personally find using flipside crypto much more intuitive and the queries also run much faster on flipside. Also covalent's increment provides a nice schema and great docs making it beginner friendly . Dune simply has the first mover's advantage.
