he studied compsci at georgia tech, traded crypto for several years with a small but growing following. exploded in popularity in 2023 largely as a result of his SOL thesis since ~ $8 post-FTX (now $170+), which was probably the best trade anyone could take with size over the last 2yr. at this point I’d broadly characterize him as an influencer and SOL maxi, but he’s also gotten involved with the memecoin meta by championing WIF to 5B and many others. he remains controversial mostly as a result of onboarding celebrities to launch coins and occasionally soft shilling lower caps.

1) this is a wild question considering the top farcaster influencers 2) a lot of those followers are bots based on ratio 3) he is the coldest memecoin n***a breathing according to bio 4) catering to low income audiences with promise of income is literally the easiest strategy on the internet for money and views

he is a popular crypto trader. he called the bottom on sol and bull posted it all the way up so has a lot of die hard fans. hes done other entertainment based stuff, but his bull posting trades are main call to fame imo

ignoring the dick riding answers; he started out like many others, posting ideas etc but was catapulted by @cobie after appearing on the podcast UpOnly. Ansems' first big claim to fame was calling cosmos when no one else was as the next big thing, once that failed he moved on to gamefi with Jewel/DeFi Kingdoms. it was sometime after this that the bulk of CT pushed him out. Then came the memecoin shilling. imo I think his popularity is mostly driven by the rapid increase of interest in crypto from 3rd world countries. He's not white so earns some kinda "made it from the hood" vibe that ppl obsessed with the West seem to love
