Anyone else experience bruising from resistance training? After a “normal” workout, I developed bruising on my triceps underneath my arms. The internet is pretty light and inconsistent on data/information on the topic, and am a bit concerned. Vitamin deficiency, immunodeficiency, sprain, etc all possible.

cc @keccers.eth or @poymeetsworld in case they know also this used to happen to me in college when i was lifting as a D1 athlete but we were always told to be careful as it could precede rhabdo

I’m not sure what this could be BUT i do know go to the hospital immediately if your pee is Dark — brown, red or tea-colored. Then it becomes almost certainly rhabdo and that’s super serious

hmm i didn’t experience random bruising when I was more serious with my bodybuilding. it could be micro tears, but worth it to monitor changes in diet/supplements and anything that seems out the norm
like @keccers.eth said also agree with @ted - great progress @lesh!

Wow, googling rhabdo is terrifying. Was it recurring? Did it heal naturally? Interfere with muscle building? Or purely innocuous
