Maybe another way to put it is, no matter how seemingly insignificant or not, the work you do - it is valuable

It’s most valuable to everyone if it’s valuable to you, and it’s valuable to you if it’s work you would do for free So do work you would do for free, just don’t think it doesn’t have value

Not to be pedantic, but the word 'work' implies value; energy expended is value creation, as energy is finite {no matter how insignificant} its exertion is inherently valuable a banger thought regardless - do work you enjoy to snowball it into something bigger at some point in time
