Random tips on how I got lean in 4 weeks for an upcoming photoshoot (and a beach trip): 🤜🏼 15,000 steps daily. It’s so easy to track your steps nowadays with all the smart watches and fitness trackers. There is, of course, no magic number of steps, but I was already at 12,500 daily, so a new goal was set

🤜🏼 Tracking calories and macros I was already on a body recomp and was just ‘mindfully eating’ but a hard deadline for a photoshoot turned up, so I immediately started tracking my calories and macros. This is the most important step of all. Lemme know if you’d like to know how 🫰

🤜🏼 Upped my protein bigly I must confess, the 2.6g/kg of bodyweight for protein intake was hard. A lot of the days I made it only 75-80% of the way, before my calorie quota was filled. As I didn’t have to be as meticulous as, say a competing bodybuilder, I used it more as a target for the day

🤜🏼 Training with significant other / friends was a highlight for me. Looked forward to it. Even on two-a-day sessions. You can sub this with having a coach which will hold you accountable
