Yes, one has your identity and one has money. We have a recovery system for identity one (think password reset in web2). That works for identity but not for money. So, for now, we have two.

Nope. I would imagine once 7702 + smart wallet standard emerges over the next 12 months, then we can get good recovery UX for funds + identity in a single wallet
