Should help people who are good faith trying to engage and adjust how they cast. Reminder, if you're casting in your own home feed, channel or replying to people you who follow you, the spam model doesn't focus on that. It's only if you're excessively replying to people who don't follow you (with no engagement).

WHAT TO DO WITH A COUGH? First of all, what is played? It's nothing more than detoxifying the respiratory system, all the liquid you cough out is full of toxins that your body wants to eliminate. So, it is understandable that stopping a cough is not ideal. Mucus production should be increased and made more liquid. Recipe for thinning mucus: -1 glass of NATURAL sparkling water -1 spoon of raw honey -1/4 squeezed lemon -1 spoon of apple cider vinegar -small piece to start if the cough is bad In these cases, cold or quick milk should be avoided. Since milk under these conditions favors the thickening of mucus
