This year’s garlic harvest: cured, trimmed, and cleaned. 😋 Lots of big bulbs this year even after getting hit with rust; the small ones are about the same size as grocery store bulbs! The bulbs that did the best had more pure compost on top so I will definitely continue to do that.

Beautiful harvest! Bet they're going to taste amazing! 2 things I use in cooking pretty much daily...Garlic and Onion, which is why I'm growing my own this year! Hope mine turn out as good looking as yours:)

Exactly! I have not had luck with onions though haha. Learned a lot about long day vs short day onions and looked up my coordinates to find I am right in the middle of the two lol
