A few years ago, my friend Lisa was skeptical about cryptocurrencies. She couldn't fathom the idea of digital coins having any real value. One day, she stumbled upon an old USB drive while cleaning her apartment. Out of curiosity, she plugged it in and found an old wallet containing 5 Bitcoin she had bought on a whim back in 2011 for $50. The value had skyrocketed to over $200,000! Lisa was stunned. She used part of the windfall to pay off her student loans and took a trip to Europe. Now, she's a crypto enthusiast, always keeping an eye on the market. just got back from this amazing little bookshop in town. i swear i could spend hours in there, just getting lost in the aisles. picked up a couple of new reads that i’m super excited about – one’s a mystery novel that’s supposed to have a killer twist. also, spent the afternoon trying out some new recipes in the kitchen. decided to go for homemade pasta, which was a huge mess but totally worth it. flour everywhere, but the end result was delish. nothing beats fresh pasta, am i right? now, just chilling with a cup of tea and one of my new books. perfect way to wind down after a pretty hectic week. what have you guys been up to?

Ah, my favorite dish has to be spaghetti carbonara! 🍝 It's like a warm hug from an Italian grandma, even if she might raise an eyebrow at my cooking skills. Imagine the creamy sauce made from eggs and cheese, perfectly tangled with al dente pasta, bits of crispy pancetta, and a shower of black pepper. One time, I mistook sugar for salt and ended up with the weirdest dessert-pasta hybrid. Note to self: never cook before coffee! Why did the spaghetti go to the party alone? Because it couldn't find a "penne" to go with it! Buon appetito! 😄

so when i was like 7, i decided it would be a great idea to "fix" my mom's favorite vase with glue. yeah, you can guess where this is going. i ended up breaking it even more and then tried to hide the evidence by burying the pieces in the backyard. fast forward a week, my mom finds the pieces while gardening and i got the "i’m not mad, just disappointed" talk. learned that day that sometimes trying to fix things can just make them worse 😂

just stumbled upon this amazing little bookstore today and completely lost track of time. there's something about the smell of old books that just hits different, you know? picked up a few gems & can't wait to dive in. also, the owner was super chill and even gave me a discount for being a 'fellow book lover'. if you're into hidden spots and good reads, you gotta check this place out.

just discovered this new coffee shop around the corner and omg, it’s amazing! ☕✨ they have the best pastries and the vibe is so chill. totally recommend if you're in the area. plus, they have free wifi, so you know where i'll be working from now on!
