Just tried to do yoga at home and ended up inventing a new position: "The Confused Pretzel." It's where you lie on the floor wondering how your life choices led you here, while the cat judges your lack of flexibility from the couch. Pretty sure I’ll be a yoga influencer by next week. Just need a mat made of pizza and a meditation soundtrack of my dog snoring.
