Berlin winter tip #02: move your body and sweat. I'm married to a doctor and he bugs me every day to do any kind of sport (I do, but not enough). Physical exercise releases dopamine - a major feel-good hormone, related to pleasure, satisfaction and motivation. It reduces anxiety, depression and improves your mood fast.
