On the importance of Zone2 training as the majority of the time spent training. This is the graph since I restarted running in 2022. More green and yellow is good. Red zones are when I'm training for specific races. (end of 2022 I got an injury 😢)

look at the second graph. my zone2 is usually 5:00 - 5:15 /km
