A token can be a great way to bootstrap a project especially if you've set up incentives to align with users! It's been a month since launching /stokefire and we've generated $48k in rewards for players and I've made $48k in revenue all from fees. Best part is these rewards are in ETH and not in our unstable but growing token. It's setup so I make money when players make money and vice versa. What a lot of teams get wrong is their pay day only comes when they sell the token which is in direct conflict with what's good for holders. Whereas for me, I'm incentivized to make a good game and the payout is made slowly overtime only if I fulfill that promise. π₯

Some time you'll want to get some tldr docs out for tokenomics for others to read how you did it. This values alignment is a game changer, pun intended.
