Interesting since inflation is <3%. What I think most people mean is ‘prices’ - and those are notoriously sticky.

Very accurate. And the fact wages have only really grown is certain regions and sectors. Got relatives in a small city, none - HS educated or college educated saw a wage increase. Medical field, nothing. Big city corpo crony big ole raise. Middling city service profession, big ole raise. 100 $degen
