Does anyone use customgpts? From my point of view they became irrelevant right after their launch

i tried uploading documents. i exported the transcripts we use at Alphy and tried to create a chatbot like we do with our Arcs. but it was quite bad (examples side by side)

Not really, overhyped launch overpromising. I have a few specific cases where i have a pre-uploaded list of documentation which are useful for marketing and project details, but thats it

Wish they allowed having multiple custom instructions that we can choose from. This would solve many of my issues

I built one for due diligence, hoping to reduce repetitive tasks and prompts. But the results compared to smart prompting weren't significantly better. I find that caracter limits for inputs are still an issue
