My book arrived today, called Microseasons - a slow living guide to the year following through the traditional Japanese calendar. This is a well needed slowdown in a tumultuous and challenging time. š appreciating life!

So far I love it! Each chapter gives a description of the micro-season and suggests small activities to do during that time. It feels like a little bit of magic šŖ
