I ran a program very similar to this for about 6 months. I noticed significant strength gains and a fair amount of hypertrophy. I tweaked it a bit to include a couple of deload weeks and added some auxiliary workouts to target my weak points. What are your goals for running this program?

Main goal is pump up my compound lifts max, secondary is aesthetics I guess. Also, I’ve been running PPL for like 7 years and I’ve just gotten bored
