How was your workout today Fitcasters? What was your main focus? Here is your movement of the day…. SLED TRX rows (4-5x pulls up and back) 😀😀😀 If you have access to a sled, I would highly recommend adding this into your programming. Such a great movement for posterior chain & core strengthening πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾 Notes: goal is to stay low with the pull (another variation is adding a hip thrust for a full power row)
