Thank you for writing this. You offer a thoughtful and very useful perspective! My initial reaction was 180 degrees the opposite. But I should not let the first impressions of a vocal minority cause me to judge too harshly a beta experiment. I do agree the intent is admirable.

I totally agree with all of this, very well written. I’m glad they are doing a beta to iron out these problems. The degen for degen stuff is insipid at best and a major turn off for anyone not solely using the platform to farm and move on. 420 $degen 🎩
