Confession: the rewards leaderboard has been deterring me from wanting to make new content. 

I feel like I’m someone who puts a good amount of effort into my content, and definitely a lot with my scripted videos. 

I see a lot of people who make amazing, thoughtful content and never end up in the top 5.

How could we improve it?

Any specific examples you can share would be useful for improving the algo!

I’m not saying that you should go back to the daily rewards but I did love the little dopamine hit from my “you’ve received 5 USDC” notifications. I think I’m primarily motivated by validation. Maybe it’s because I am of the participation trophy generation.
