My therapist told me that this is Nike week. 

Don’t think about it, just do it. 

Today in the middle of uploading a video to X (something I usually obsess over, constantly refreshing to see if I got any views) I put the screen down and went to yoga, without giving myself time to consider sitting on my ass to obsess about the video. 

Yoga makes it impossible to think about anything but your body, and it was the perfect solution to my “overthink your content” problem. 

I love therapy. And yoga.
