We're strongly considering winding down narrowcasting. 

It's consistently less than 1% of all casts in channels.

i think this might be a case of a false negative product feature. not only is the narrowcast option not obvious (the “everyone” button just looks like information, not a selector), but even when the user gets to the audience menu, there does not appear to be any benefit to narrowcasting. 

in fact, on the surface, limiting the audience appears to only be negative. more users might choose it if it said something like “your cast will be seen by 50% more users in this channel more likely to engage with your cast”
