The simplicity of a Tesla is hard to beat. It’s still the Apple of EVs

They’re a good deal, but their fit and finish is lousy, and service is a nightmare. There’s also now a lot of good EVs. We went with a Volvo which I love.

There are other good EVs for sure, but I haven’t driven one with comparable interior simplicity plus superior software (in addition to the charging network - less of an advantage now though) For sure, quality isn’t quite as good but after driving a vehicle without all the buttons everywhere, aesthetically it’s hard to go back

I like buttons. It always annoyed me in Teslas that you have to dig through menus to turn on the wipers.

Not sure about the older steering wheels but the newer ones have enough buttons for all the common controls
