When Liquidity Movers execute trades, they get the tokens users have streamed in, but they have to provide the opposite side of the tokens at least at a given price in the same transaction. Kind of how like a flash loan works.

Liquidity Movers take care of the settlement, and they can take liquidity from anywhere. Anyone can create a liquidity mover contract. The current ones are ours, and they take liquidity from uniswap pools after unwrapping and rewrapping.

2). - unstaking increases the share of every other staker, so they will be happy for a while, and new stakers start to fill in, because cashback is high - when somebody restakes a big amount, (prob. after a day) the ALFA rewards will be even higher and you lost about 5 daily ALFA for this, of which you'll make back
