Where does the liquidity come from, will it access AMM liquidity from other DEXs or will there be liquidity in SuperBoring itself?

When Liquidity Movers execute trades, they get the tokens users have streamed in, but they have to provide the opposite side of the tokens at least at a given price in the same transaction. Kind of how like a flash loan works.
