For current nounish musical projects I can only think of @thepark and @nounsmusical, but having a flows budget for it could incentivize more people to join that way. The tricky thing would be defining what nounish music applies to, because limiting it to music that is explicitly about nouns would keep the reach within people who are already in the ecosystem. The exciting part is that projects can grow organically based on voter support. I think we could take into account stuff like: * Type of musical works you'll create (singles, jingles, album, soundtrack, musical) * Sample of the kind of music you'll be producing for Nouns * In what way does the project tie into Nouns (lyrics, accompanying art, visualizers, themes) * Production plan and timeline for release/s with at least one deliverable update per month) * Previous experience in music and/or Nouns * Budget of at least ~$100 USDC per month

Not sure- what is the goal of it all? How much and why would Nouns be giving out money to music makers?
