There should be a good service that does this and give you a default retention policy of 3 days. Wipe out after that or pay to extend the storage . New pricing model unlocked

Try https://app.ardrive.io/ upload on Arweave. Data is there for hundreds of years if need be and you have a link which you can give out so others can access the file
